This rich heritage was bought over by the current shareholders in October 1988. The present shareholders as a group have decades of experience in textiles and apparels. In 1993, the shareholders decided to expand into leather outerwear with the creation of a new division focused on this line of business.
Over the years, the company has added many prestigious labels to its business portfolio. This was done by obtaining manufacturing and sales licences for some of the leading outerwear brands in the USA. These are long term licences and on an average the licences are valid for another 5 to 20 years.
