Mr. Shishir Goyal has efficiently run a manufacturing unit of Readymade Garments in the knits and woven segment of the business , he has extensive knowledge of the technological advancements in the garment business and is well versed with the International competition and advancements in the Ready made garment trade.

Having successfully implemented the latest technologies in the new factory at Vashi Mr. Shishir Kumar Goyal has been able to penetrate the global markets , he has established a niche market in the HIGH VALUE chain of the readymade garments in the US, Canada & European Markets. Mr.Shishir Goyal brings to Sarju over a decade of experience in the finance & fashion to create business sence out of the fashion Industry.

Ganesh kumar Gupta is the chaiman of the group Vijay silk House , The main business activities are exports of fabric sarees shirtings made of silk and other natural fibres and man made fabrics

Shri ganesh Gupta is a widely traveled man and has through knowledge of the import export trade and all the connected laws as well as foreighn exchange regulations , with three years decades of business experience to his credit he has a great business sense and was instrumental in the the success of the textile trade in India . Mr. Gupta is well regonized in the textile trade and has been accredited with numerous positions at different times by the government of India.

Mr. E.V. Muthukumara Ramalingam, who was appointed by the Board of Directors on July 7, 2006 as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Mr. E. V. Muthukumara Ramalingam aged 54 years, and he has about 25 years of experience in the field of Hosiery Garments, Transports, Finance and etc. He promoted three star hotel at Tirupur in 1990. With his experience in the industry, he also promoted another deluxe hotel in hill area at Coonoor. He won best Industrialist Award in the year of 2000 for his outstanding contribution to the industry. He also won All India Achievers of Rajiv Gandhi Award in the year 2002 & 2004.

Mr. Omprakash Mittal, who was appointed by the Board of Directors on July 7, 2006 as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Omprakash Mittal son of late Shri Maliramji Mittal aged about 57 years is a graduate in science. He is a leading Builder. He is a Doyen of the Construction Industry having a vast experience in the construction field. Their company M.G. Mittal has constructed the famous Mittal Tower in Mumbai's business district, Nariman Point. Having reveled extensively overseas and with his great knowledge, Mr. O. P. Mittal soon shifted base to Bangalore the garden city and constructed several leading commercial and residential building there. He also look after the Mittal Group’s Rubber Industry i.e. Maharashtra Tyre & Rubber Industry in Mumbai, manufacturer of moulded and extended rubber products. For the first time in India, he made McGregor Hatch Cover Packing for Shipping Industry. He currently looks after the Group’s interests in Mumbai, Bangalore and Mysore.
